Play Cafe Rules

1. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Children may never be dropped off at The Little Village on 13th Play Cafe alone. Parents and/or guardians are responsible for the care and safety of their own children.

2. NO rough play or throwing in the play area. The Little Village on 13th reserves the right to ask any participant engaging in unsafe/unruly behavior to leave the play area.

3. No food or drink inside the play area. Food and drink must be kept inside the cafe, and hands washed before returning to play area.

4. We allow “diaper bag snacks”(cheerios, baby food, sippy cups, etc.) to be brought in for toddlers, but we offer light fare and beverages for purchase at Midtown Coffee House, so in general, no outside food.

5. Due to allergy precautions and potential contamination of play area toys, we are a no nut facility.

6. Please do not enter the facility if you or your children have experienced any symptoms of sickness within the past 24 hours.

7. We do have 4 two hour time blocks weekly for private parties. Parties may only occur during these times. We do not allow parties during open play. Party reservations can be made on our website by clicking here.

8. Please only change diapers in our restroom changing station beside the play area.

9. The fenced baby area is strictly for children under 2 years of age.

10. Cafe is only for adults with children in tow. Adults looking for local cafe, please visit Midtown Coffee House next door.
